Refund Policy

We want every customer to have a positive experience.
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • You were charged in error

  • You purchased the same digital item twice

  • You never received access to your download due to a system error

  • You contacted customer support within 7 days of purchase

 

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Customer not reading product descriptions

  • Digital items already downloaded

 

For physical products (if offered in the future), refunds will follow the guidelines listed on the individual product page.
